Who am I?
I’m Raine, a wellness coach supporting values driven vegans and plant based people in building steady energy, nourishing routines, and gentle movement that actually fit real life. I work with people who already care deeply about their health and ethics but feel mentally tired trying to do everything alone. Together we create calm systems that support your energy, your mind, and your life without pressure or burnout.​

I know what it’s like to care deeply about your health and your values, yet struggle to make both simple and sustainable. That’s why I created Gentle Growth Wellness to help you build steady energy and self trust through support, not pressure.
My approach blends simple nourishment, gentle movement, and supportive structure so your routines work with your brain, your energy, and your real life.
My Story.
I didn’t grow up vegan. My favorite food used to be bacon, and I once said, “I could never be vegan.” Like many, I grew up thinking eating animals was just normal.

Things changed when I discovered yoga, mindfulness, and an environmental studies class connecting wellness, sustainability, and compassion. I went vegetarian in 2020 and slowly transitioned to veganism, for years calling myself “vegan at home, vegetarian in public.” Not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t want judgment or awkward conversations.

Eventually, I reached a point where I felt ready to fully commit in a way that felt calm and sustainable for me. Now I bring my own food to family events, hold my boundaries confidently, and finally feel aligned. I’m not perfect and that’s exactly why the people I support feel safe working with me.

I know what it’s like to sit at a holiday table with no vegan options, be questioned or mocked for your choices, or feel your voice doesn’t matter. I also know the freedom of finding your voice, creating community, and showing compassion without shame.

That lived experience is why my coaching focuses on support, not discipline, and systems, not willpower.

Why I Started
Gentle Growth Wellness
I created Gentle Growth Wellness because I kept seeing thoughtful plant based people blame themselves for struggling with consistency.
They didn’t lack motivation. They lacked support that worked with their energy, their mental health, and their real lives.
I knew wellness could feel calmer, kinder, and more sustainable than what they had been taught.
So I built the kind of support I wish more people had access to.

Whether your goal is more energy, more structure, or simply feeling more grounded day to day, we build routines that support your life instead of taking it over. Because wellness is not something you force. It is something you are supported in.
