Who I am
I’m Raine, a health coach helping animal lovers feel strong, healthy, and confident through a plant-powered lifestyle.
I know what it’s like to care deeply about animals and your health, yet struggle to make both feel simple and sustainable. That’s why I created Gentle Growth Wellness, to help you build strength, energy, and self-trust through compassion, not perfection.
My approach blends plant-based nutrition, mindful movement, and emotional alignment, so you can feel proud of your body, your choices, and the values that guide them.

My Story
I didn’t grow up vegan. My favorite food used to be bacon, and I once said: “I could never be vegan.” Like so many, I was raised in a culture where eating animals was “normal,” and I never questioned it.

That started to change when I discovered yoga, mindfulness, and an environmental studies class that connected wellness, sustainability, and compassion. I went vegetarian in 2020, then slowly transitioned to veganism—though for years I called myself “vegan at home, vegetarian in public.” Not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t want to be stereotyped, judged, or dragged into awkward conversations.

Seven months ago, I fully committed. Now I bring my own food to family events, hold my boundaries with confidence, and finally feel aligned. I’m not perfect—and that’s exactly why my clients relate to me. I know what it’s like to sit at a holiday table with no vegan options, to be questioned or mocked for your choices, to get harassing messages online, or to feel like your voice doesn’t matter. And I also know the freedom of finding your voice, creating community, and showing compassion without shame.

Why I Started
Gentle Growth Wellness
I started Gentle Growth Wellness because I saw so many animal lovers struggling to live in alignment with their hearts and their health.
They wanted to feel strong, energized, and confident—but didn’t know how to make a plant-powered lifestyle simple or sustainable. Between diet confusion, social pressure, and guilt, wellness started to feel more like a burden than a joy.
Gentle Growth Wellness was created to change that—to make health compassionate, approachable, and empowering.
Here, you’ll find a grounded path to feeling good in your body and proud of your choices—without restriction, perfection, or burnout.
The Heart of My Work
My mission is simple: to help you live more in line with your values — whether that means caring for animals, protecting the planet, or improving your own wellbeing. Together, we’ll build routines that feel good (not forced), set boundaries with confidence, and create a lifestyle that feels authentic to you.
Wellness doesn’t come from pressure or perfection. It comes from compassion, support, and small, consistent steps that add up to lasting change.
