I didn’t always feel confident in my wellness journey. I was an overthinker, a people-pleaser, and someone who often put everyone else’s needs before my own. Growing up, I didn’t play sports, I struggled with body image, and I had no idea how to build routines that truly supported me. That changed when I became a peer wellness coach in undergrad — and realized that sustainable wellness doesn’t come from pressure or perfection. It comes from feeling supported, understood, and empowered to make choices that align with your values.
I created Gentle Growth Wellness for people in their 20s who want guidance through transitional seasons — navigating post-grad life, exploring plant-based living, or rebuilding structure and self-worth. I’m certified in vinyasa yoga, trained in motivational interviewing, and was trained as a peer coach through NASPA. I’ve also been vegetarian for over five years and fully vegan for more than six months. My coaching blends formal education with real-life experience — it’s personalized, consistent, and rooted in helping you feel better in your body and your life. If you're ready for routines that feel good (not forced), and want support and accountability that meets you where you are, you’re in the right place.
