Fully Rooted Foundations
(8 weeks)

Go from trying-but-inconsistent → confidently consistent with simple plant-based routines, and feel fully rooted in your vegan lifestyle in every situation.

  • Personalized lifestyle strategies tailored to your routine

  • Confidence/mindset tools for social settings, family gatherings, and eating out.

  • Weekday text/email check-ins for daily accountability + encouragement.
