Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Gentle Growth Wellness. We are dedicated to providing supportive, high-quality coaching services tailored to your needs. Below is an outline of our policies regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

- Subscription Plans

Billing & Access

  • Your subscription grants access to ongoing wellness coaching services, with billing occurring at the start of each cycle. Subscription plans are paid in full upfront, and coaching services are delivered for the duration of your plan.

- Cancellations & Refunds
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us before your next billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided once a payment has been processed. However, we understand that situations arise, and we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients. If you feel that the coaching is not a good fit within the first 30 days, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions in your package. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

- Missed or Rescheduled Sessions
  • If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.

- Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)
  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless:

    • The file or access link is defective or non-functional.

    • You did not receive the product and contacted us within 7 days of purchase.
