Gentle Growth Wellness offers a variety of services including but not limited to personal wellness coaching, group coaching sessions, online programs, and downloadable resources. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

- Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or participate in our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

- User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree not to:

- Payments and Refunds

  • All coaching packages are paid in full at the time of booking. This upfront payment ensures a commitment to the process and allows for consistent support throughout the duration of the program.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • While we aim to be accommodating, repeated last-minute cancellations may impact the availability of future sessions.

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients. If you feel that the coaching is not the right fit within the first 30 days, you may request a partial refund for the remaining sessions.“
